Jennifer Selby, Lead
Jennifer spent ten years studying classical ballet in addition to playing the flute and piano but had never seriously considered singing until a night at karaoke found her belting out Nancy Sinatra's "These Boots Are Made For Walking". She joined New England Voices in Harmony three months later and has been singing with the chorus since 2008. She is currently a lead section co-leader. A former educator turned sales manager for an customized professional development company for educators, Jennifer is an avid reader, outdoor recreationalist, and foodie. She also enjoys theatre, cooking, traveling and music from around the world.
Jeanne Crowell, Bass
Jeanne lives in Amherst, NH with her husband Mark and works in Boston as an actuary with Liberty Mutual. Originally from Wisconsin, Jeanne grew up playing many musical instruments with her parents and three brothers, but she never knew how to sing properly. She is forever grateful to her daughter, Samantha, who wanted to join New England Voices in Harmony at only ten years old and got both of them involved in barbershop singing. Jeanne is also very involved with her two daughters, three stepchildren and her church.
Kate Steer, Tenor
Kate is a wife and mom with two daughters attending Williams College and Clemson University. She is a systems engineer who works for BAE Systems designing missile warning and laser jamming systems to protect Army helicopters from shoulder-fired missiles. Kate is an active member of First Church, UCC, in Nashua where she sings in two choirs (alto) and sits on the Prudential Committee. She is a baritone in New England Voices in Harmony and sits on the Board of Directors as the chapter President. Kate loves to spend time with family and friends at her summer cottage in Gloucester.
Christina Tramack, Baritone
Christina comes from a long tradition of barbershoppers in the Tramack family. A fifth generation barbershopper on her father's side and third generation on her mother's, it is widely believed that her very first word was "overtones". Christina is currently a Music Business major at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition to being a member of New England Voices in Harmony, Christina is a member of TuneTown Show Chorus in Nashville and sings with her sister Samantha in a Harmony, Inc. quartet called Sister Act.
